Title: Plogger Index.PHP Multiple Input Validation Vulnerabilities
Severity: HIGH
Description:
Plogger is a photo gallery application written in PHP.
Plogger is prone to multiple input validation vulnerabilities. These issues are due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input.
SQL injection attacks are possible through the 'page' and 'id' parameters of the 'index.php' script.
Cross-site scripting attacks are possible through the 'level' and
'searchterms' parameters of the 'index.php' script.
Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could result in a compromise of the application, disclosure or modification of data, the theft of cookie-based authentication credentials or may permit an attacker to exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation as well as other attacks.
