Description:

Microsoft Internet Explorer for Mac OS is prone to a denial of service vulnerability. When Internet Explorer attempts to open a specifically malformed Web page, the application fails due to a kernel exception failure caused by invalid memory access.

This vulnerability exists in Internet Explorer 5.2.3 for Mac OS.
