Title: SaveWebPortal Unauthorized Access Vulnerability
Severity: HIGH
Description:
SaveWebPortal is a Web portal application written in PHP.
SaveWebPortal is prone to an unauthorized access vulnerability. This issue is due to a failure in the application to limit access to administrative scripts.
The 'editerfichier.php' script is not configured solely for administrative access, allowing a remote user to modify the contents of PHP header scripts;namely the 'header.php' script.
An attacker may leverage this issue to use administrative functions and execute arbitrary server-side script code on an affected computer with the privileges of the Web server process. This may facilitate unauthorized access and further attacks on the affected site.
Affected Products:
- circeOS SaveWebPortal 3.4.0
