Title: IPBProArcade High Score Listing Remote SQL Injection Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

ipbProArcade is a third party module for the Invision Power Board Web-based bulletin board application. It is based on the ProArcade script implemented for PHPNuke. It is designed to facilitate embedded game application in Web-based bulleting board software.

A remote SQL injection vulnerability reportedly affects the high-score listing functionality in ipbProArcade. This issue is due to a failure of the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input prior to including it in an SQL query.

The problem affects the 'gameid' field of the 'index.php' script when the 'act' parameter is set to 'Arcade' and the 'do' parameter is set to 'stats'.

An attacker may leverage this issue to manipulate SQL query strings and influence database queries. This may facilitate the disclosure or corruption of sensitive database information. It is possible that this could compromise the software or database security properties.
