Title: Microsoft Windows winhlp32 Phrase Heap Overflow Vulnerability

Description:
Microsoft Windows is prone to a heap-based overflow vulnerability. This issue exists in 'winhlp32.exe' and is exposed when a malformed phrase compressed Windows Help file (.hlp) is processed by the program.
This problem is related to parsing of phrase table headers for files that by the program. The reported cause of the problem is that heap memory is allocated based on a size value that may be influenced by the attacker (phrasesEndOffset), resulting in corruption of heap memory.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code in the context of the user that opens the malicious Help file. The Help file may originate from an external or untrusted source, so this vulnerability is considered remote in nature.
