Title: AdTran MX2800 M13 Ping Flood DoS Vulnerability

Description:
The AdTran MX2800 M13 Multiplexer can be forced to crash and automatically reboot by simply flooding the network interface. All connections are dropped and services are unavailable until rebooting is complete.
This issue was addressed in Revision 1.40A of the MX2800 software. Subsequent versions are also not prone to this vulnerability.
