Title: Tiny WinRoute 3.04 Web Administration Authentication Bypass

Description:
When attempting to access the administrative proxy server in Winroute 3.04, the user is prompted for a username and password. Cancelling this dialog box will give the user full access to the administrative controls which is used to configure the proxy server.
A user can access the administration program if they have the IP address of the machine that is running WinRoute. By default, WinRoute listens on port 44333.
