Title: Microsoft Windows Media License Manager DoS Vulnerability

Description:
Windows Media License Manager is an application which authorizes content providers to distribute copyrighted digital content to Windows Media Player nodes.
When a Windows Media Player attempts to obtain authorization to download copyrighted media, it must presents Windows Media License Manager with a license. If a Windows Media License Manager is presented with a malformed license request, the Manager will crash and will require a restart in order to regain normal functionality.
