JNASC Support Reseller

JNASC Support Manager

JNASC Support Manager allows you to sell your own branded service to your end-users. Juniper Networks compliments your existing support capabilities by providing the parts delivery function on your behalf or to you directly. This program gives Juniper Networks partners maximum flexibility to maintain their service relationships with customers for Level 1 and Level 2 support, while relying on Juniper Networks for Level 3 support and parts inventory and delivery to you and your customer. As a JNASC Support Manager you are able to provide device-level support services while leveraging their internal support organization and the resources and operational efficiencies of Juniper's service organization.

  • Partner maintains primary support relationship with the end-user

JNASC Support Provider

As a JNASC Support Provider, you have the ability to deliver account-level comprehensive support capabilities to your customers, and therefore will rely on Juniper Networks' service organization to augment its efforts as support requirements escalate. This program gives capable partners the ability to execute account-level support services, thereby leveraging in-house competencies and the long-term customer relationship. This program level allows you to sell your branded service using your own organization for primary customer support, and utilizing Juniper Networks for escalation of Level 3 support.

  • Leverage your customer relationships and deliver support to your customers for the term of your partner relationship while relying on Juniper Networks for escalation support
  • Partner maintains primary support relationship with the customer, including parts inventory and delivery to the customer
  • Juniper Networks assists partner with all escalation and level 3 support issues to resolve an end-user problem
