JNCP Lab Exam Cancellation Policy Summary
Candidates may change or cancel a JNCP Lab Exam up to thirty (30) days prior to the date of the scheduled JNCP Lab Exam without penalty by logging into the JNCP Lab Exam Scheduling and Lab Exam Voucher Web site and selecting 'My JNCP Lab Exams'. You will be issued a refund or a credit to take the JNCP Lab Exam at a later date, based on your preference.
If you cancel your JNCP Lab Exam reservation less than thirty (30) days out, your registration fee is not refunded. You will be able to reschedule your JNCP Lab Exam but are required to provide full payment to confirm the registration.
If you do not appear for a confirmed JNCP Lab Exam appointment your registration fee is forfeited and your ability to reschedule may be restricted. For more details, please read the Lab Exam Cancellation Policy [

Important Note: Remember to read and be familiar with the Certification Candidate Agreement [ 103 KB ] before your exam appointment. You will be required to accept the Certification Candidate Agreement [ 103 KB ] before beginning the exam.

To request a JNCP Lab Exam Results Evaluation, send an email to certification-testresults@juniper.net and include your name, CertManager ID and original exam date. Payment instructions are sent upon receipt of the request. The results evaluation process does not begin until payment is received.
