We have changed the name from the Juniper Networks Higher Learning Center to the Juniper Networks Academic Alliance.
The new Operating Enhanced Services for JUNOS Software and the Operating Juniper Networks Switches in the Enterprise courseware has been added to the list of courseware that can be offered by participating schools.
The Juniper Networks Academic Alliance program is designed specifically for colleges and universities to offer Juniper Networks Enterprise Networking courses to their students. Certified networking professionals are now in greater demand than ever, commanding higher salaries and adding more value to high-end enterprises. Because of this increased need, we are pleased to provide your school with the opportunity to offer your students courseware that aids them in becoming certified in Juniper Networks JUNOS software. This course prepares you to take the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Enterprise Routing (JNCIA-ER) exam.
> Advanced Juniper Networks Routing in the Enterprise - This instructor-led course is lab intensive and provides an advanced look at routing and services configurations on Juniper Networks routers commonly used in the enterprise environment. This course prepares you to take the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist – Enterprise Routing (JNCIA-ER) exam.
> New Operating Enhanced Services for JUNOS Software - This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to use JUNOS software with enhanced services. It covers advanced security features and configurations of Juniper Networks platforms, focusing specifically on the enhanced services of JUNOS software. This course prepares you to take the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist – Enhanced Services (JNCIA-ES) exam.
> New Operating Juniper Networks Switches in the Enterprise - This four-day course discusses the configuration of Juniper Networks EX-series switches in a typical network environment. This course prepares you to take the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Enterprise Switching (JNCIA-EX) exam. This course prepares you to take the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Enterprise Switching (JNCIA-EX) exam.
The Juniper Networks Technical Certification Program consists of platform-specific, multi tiered tracks, which enable participants to demonstrate—through a combination of written proficiency exams and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting exams—competence with Juniper Networks technology. Successful candidates demonstrate thorough understanding of Internet and security technologies and Juniper Networks platform configuration and troubleshooting skills. The JNTCP Enterprise Networking track is a direct complement to the current offerings of the Academic Alliance program.
The following certification exams are based on the content of the previously listed courseware.
> JN0-341: Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Enterprise Routing (JNCIA-ER):
This exam is based on the content of the Operating Juniper Networks Routers in the Enterprise instructor-led training course.
> JN0-350: Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist – Enterprise Routing (JNCIS-ER):
This exam is based on the content of the Advanced Juniper Networks Routing in the Enterprise instructor-lead training course.
> New JN0-330: Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist – Enhanced Services (JNCIS-ES):
This exam is based on the content of the Operating Enhanced Services for JUNOS Software instructor-led course.
> New JN0-440: Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate – Enterprise Switching:
This exam is based on the content of the Operating Juniper Networks Switches in the Enterprise instructor-led course.
