The Juniper Networks J-Partner Program is a value-based channel model that gives consideration beyond purchase volume. The program has scalable architecture which allows Juniper to drive new opportunities with J-Partners globally and across segments, markets, and business models. This approach — along with clear, rational requirements and differentiation between J-Partner segments — makes it easy to partner with us.

The J-Partner Program offers profitability and market-share growth through several different partner segment programs spanning Enterprise and Service Provider opportunities, and also provides product and service specialization opportunities, tools, and resources. Product specialization opportunities allow you to keep pace with Juniper's expanding product portfolio in:

  • Advanced Security
  • Network Infrastructure (which includes the EX Series Ethernet Switches)
  • Advanced Network Infrastructure

Services Specializations reflect Juniper's core value proposition: offering partners the best services opportunities in the industry. These specializations allow you to build margin-rich service practices that correspond to your Juniper product specializations, and are available in:

  • Design
  • Implement
  • Operate

The J-Partner Program is supported by an extensive training curriculum organized into two major categories:

  • Juniper Networks Sales Associate (JNSA) for sales professionals
  • Juniper Networks Sales Specialist (JNSS) for sales engineers and technical professionals

Each training category is further divided into tracks addressing principal products and solutions for the appropriate audience. These offerings are available to J-Partners, who can access them through our Partner Center.

To qualify as a J-Partner Reseller, your business must provide the following:


Item Description
Sales Model
  • Have outbound sales representatives
  • Practice a face-to-face selling model
Pre-Sales Support
  • Provide end users with pre-sales support
  • Provide end users with networking design, configuration, and troubleshooting
Services and Support
  • Resell Juniper Networks branded services and earn a commission
  • Offer standard installation and configuration services, directly
  • Handle all aspects of the support contract renewal with the end user
Complementary Products
  • Sell complementary products and services
  • Derive a significant portion of your overall revenue from sales of complementary products to end users
Distributor
  • Have a valid account with an authorized Juniper Networks Distributor
  • Please select the appropriate region to identify a distributor in your area.

A business will not meet the J-Partner Reseller Program requirements for added value if any of the following is true:

  • The business does not meet the above criteria.
  • The business provides only telesales, any catalog sales, or sales over the Internet.
  • The business only provides financing options or sales over auction websites on the Internet.

To qualify as a Juniper Networks Partner Reseller, you must comply with the Partner Code of Conduct. The Code is set out below for your review in English as well as localized languages.

As a J-Partner, you can resell any Juniper services as a part of your business solution to the end user at any time.
