Pension Plans
In most APAC countries, employees can establish a retirement plan and set aside a portion of their income for retirement. Plans vary by location.
Health Plans
Health care coverage is available on the first day of regular employment for all employees in APAC. Employees may cover eligible dependents. Each country in this region has its own health care plan, so plans vary by location.

We provide a number of income-protection programs for employees. Depending on location, some or all of the following may be available:
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows employees to share in Juniper Networks’ success by providing the opportunity to acquire shares of Juniper Networks’ common stock at a discount of 15% of the fair market value on either the first or the last day of the offering period, whichever is lower. Employees can invest between 1% and 10% of their base salary.
Time Off
Paid Time Off
Juniper Networks provides paid time off (PTO) to regular full-time employees. Employees are paid for time away from work for vacation, illness, outside activities, or personal business, and begin earning PTO on their first day at Juniper. An employment contract details the allocated amount of PTO.
Holidays
Juniper Networks provides public holidays that vary by country.
Leave of Absence
Leaves of absence for medical reasons, family care, new parents, and sabbaticals are available.
