Customer Responsibilities
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer will:
- Provide all equipment required for the network design test execution and support the test lab equipment.
- Provide basic installation of all equipments used in the lab including Juniper Networks devices and cabling as required.
- Provide, configure, and operate all third-party equipment and software required.
- Configure any required network or protocol testing equipment and install network design testing software.
- Designate a technical contact to provide the required supporting technical information and documents.
- Identify a project manager who will attend meetings, sign off on service completion, and promptly confirm completion of the service.
