Benefits of Working at Juniper Networks

Juniper Networks offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to meet the varying needs of our employees. These benefits are an integral part of our total rewards package providing employees and their eligible dependents valuable protection and financial options. Juniper's competitive benefit package includes:

Savings Plans

401(k) Plan

The 401(k) Plan is a retirement plan that allows employees to set aside a portion of income on a pre-tax basis for retirement. Employees are eligible on their first day of employment. Employees may allocate from 1% to 60% of their pre-tax income (base salary and commissions) to the Plan, up to the IRS maximum limit. Juniper matches 25% of all employee elective deferrals based on eligible pay. For every $100 you contribute, Juniper will contribute a $25 match. The match applies to all deferrals, including Catch Up Contributions. All contributions, including the match, are immediately 100% vested.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The ESPP allows you to acquire shares of Juniper common stock through post-tax payroll deductions from 1% to 10%. There are two offering periods per year - one beginning February 1 and the second beginning August 1. Employees may purchase Juniper stock at 15% less than the fair market value as of the beginning or end of the offering period.
