Customer Responsibilities
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer will:
- Provide all relevant information required to gain a comprehensive understanding of the network requirements and business goals.
- Provide access to their network so Juniper consultants can perform a network audit.
- Designate a technical contact to provide required supporting technical information and documents.
- Identify a project manager who will attend workshops, sign off on completion, and promptly confirm completion of the service.

- Access to Juniper experts(s) for an agreed-upon duration.
