Kevin Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Johnson joined Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors in September, 2008, after several years at IBM and more than 16 years at Microsoft. Johnson and his team are focused on fundamentally changing the experience and economics of networking through an ecosystem of innovation built on powerful, integrated software platforms. Under his leadership, Juniper's revenue has steadily increased, growing market share in both enterprise and service provider sectors. Johnson joined Juniper from Microsoft Corporation, where he served in a range of executive assignments. Most recently he was president of the Platforms and Services Division, the company's largest division responsible for the Windows and online services businesses. Prior to that, he was group vice president of Microsoft's worldwide sales, marketing and services. He began his career at IBM, working in the company's systems integration and consulting business. Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from New Mexico State University and has served on the board of non-profits focusing on technology and women's career advancement. He was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). He is also a board member of Starbucks Coffee Company. |

Pradeep Sindhu, Vice Chairman, Chief Technical Officer and Founder
Pradeep Sindhu founded Juniper Networks in February 1996, and has held several central roles in shaping the company. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer, and is responsible for the company's technical roadmap as well as day-to-day design and development of future products. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for eight months when he founded the company. During that time, he played a central role in the architecture, design, and development of the M40 router. Before founding Juniper Networks, Dr. Sindhu was a Principal Scientist and Distinguished Engineer at the Computer Science Lab at Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), where he worked on design tools for VLSI and high-speed interconnects for shared-memory multiprocessors. His key roles in the architecture, design, and development of these machines led to the commercial development of Sun Microsystems' first high-performance multiprocessor system family, which included the SS1000 and SS2000. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, as well as a master's degree in the same discipline from the University of Hawaii. In addition, Dr. Sindhu holds both a master's and a doctorate degree in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Robyn Denholm, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Robyn Denholm is responsible for the company's finance, planning, real estate, information technology, business process re-engineering, field operations, investor relations, and internal audit functions. She also oversees the company's operational excellence programs, partnering with the executive team to ensure a uniform, efficient and scalable infrastructure for all of Juniper Networks. Ms. Denholm joined Juniper from Sun Microsystems, where she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Planning. In that role, she was responsible for Sun's corporate operating system and the global sales and service administration function. She also led Sun's business transformation initiative. Ms. Denholm joined Sun in 1996 and served in executive assignments that included Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Corporate Controller (Chief Accounting Officer), Vice President of Finance, Director of Service Division, Shared Financial Services APAC, and Controller, Australia/New Zealand. Prior to joining Sun, Ms. Denholm served at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia for seven years and at Arthur Andersen and Company for five years in various finance assignments. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. Ms. Denholm holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Sydney and a master's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales. |

Lauren Flaherty, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Lauren Flaherty oversees the full breadth of the Juniper Networks global marketing activities. Prior to joining Juniper, Ms. Flaherty served as CMO of Nortel Networks from 2006-2008. While at Nortel, she created a fully integrated marketing function that represented all lines of business, and created Nortel's first Global Marketing Board, which enabled the development of marketing investments that were fully aligned to sales and the company's strategic objectives. Ms. Flaherty also led many of Nortel's strategic business initiatives, including the company's first global Enterprise campaign, leadership of the company's green marketing initiatives and its bids for sponsorship of the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic Games. Prior to Nortel, Ms. Flaherty spent 26 years at IBM in a variety of product marketing leadership positions, including software and servers. She also led many company-wide initiatives, such as Solutions for a small planet, e-business, on demand business, and marketing targeting key segments for small-and-medium businesses (SMBs). Ms. Flaherty has been recognized three times by BtoB Magazine as one of the "World's Best Marketers" and was named to the Women's Executive Network Top 100 in 2007 and 2008. |

John Morris, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
John Morris joined Juniper Networks from Pay By Touch, a San Francisco-based pioneer of biometric payments where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Morris joined Pay By Touch following a 23-year career with IBM, during which he served in a range of executive assignments, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the Distribution Sector in the Americas region. In this position, he had responsibility for a revenue budget in excess of $4 billion and served clients across the Americas in the retail, consumer goods, airline, hotel, shipping, and gaming industries. Mr. Morris' background at IBM also includes serving on IBM's Global Marketing Council, as well as extensive experience in the Asian theater, including service as Vice President and General Manager of the Distribution Sector for Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to that role, Mr. Morris was the Director of Strategy in Asia Pacific, responsible for the overall strategy, marketing, sales, and support. He serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for ANMSoft, a private information technology service company headquartered in Mumbai, India, and as a member of the Advisory Board for Smart Technology Services, a private information technology services company based in Chicago, Illinois. |

Mike Rose, Executive Vice President of Service, Support and Operations
Mike Rose joined Juniper Networks in November 2008 as the Executive Vice President of Service, Support and Operations. Mr. Rose also served on the Board of Directors of Juniper Networks from July 2007 until November 2008. Most recently, Mr. Rose was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Royal Dutch Shell, a major energy enterprise where he led a 10,000 person service and IT group. Prior to Shell, Mr. Rose had a 23-year career at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in roles across finance, IT and field operations. He became HP's Chief Information Officer in 1997 and was named an HP vice president. In 2000, he was elected an officer by the Board of Directors of HP. Mr. Rose holds a bachelor's in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and serves on the Advisory Board of SQLstream. |

Stefan Dyckerhoff, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Platform Systems Group (PSG)
Stefan Dyckerhoff is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Platform Systems Group (PSG), responsible for development of Juniper’s industry-leading routing platforms, and integration of systems and silicon development across the full range of Junos-based platforms. He brings more than 14 years of experience in defining, developing, and bringing to market leading-edge networking products. Previously, Mr. Dyckerhoff served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), where he was responsible for driving business growth, strategy, innovation, and product development for all of Juniper’s routing products, including the T Series and MX Series. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the High-End Systems Business Unit (HSBU) at Juniper Networks, where he was responsible for the service provider core business. In addition to overseeing the T Series Core Routers and JCS product lines, he also set the overall core routing, transport, and optical strategy for the company. Prior to re-joining Juniper, Mr. Dyckerhoff served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Edge Routing Business Unit (ERBU) at Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for managing a multi-billion dollar product portfolio targeted at both service provider and enterprise markets. He also served as the executive sponsor for some of Cisco’s biggest customers, and was an executive member on several Cisco cross-functional boards in the areas of service provider infrastructure, mobile Internet, enterprise architecture, and security. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Dyckerhoff was a member of Juniper Networks founding engineering team as employee number 33. During this time, he held multiple leadership positions in engineering and product management, and was credited for bringing the T Series to market and driving significant market share gains in the service provider core. As a senior engineering leader, he held technical leadership and senior management positions focusing on chip development and system architecture. His manifold technical and leadership contributions included three generations of Juniper packet forwarding ASICs and filing seven patent applications. (Six patents have been granted.) Mr. Dyckerhoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Duke University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. |

Mark Bauhaus, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Device and Network Services Business Group
Mark Bauhaus is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Juniper Networks Device and Network Services business group. He joined Juniper Networks in September of 2007 as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Service Layer Technology (SLT) Business Group, which was later realigned into the Device and Network Services (DNS) Business Group under his leadership. He is responsible for the strategy, execution, and innovation of the company's software business in the areas of security, network features for client devices, emerging enterprise network services portfolio, Developer SDK platforms, and the Juniper Developer Network (JDN). Before coming to Juniper, he established Bauhaus Productions Consulting after serving for 20 years at Sun Microsystems in a range of executive level assignments, most recently as Senior Vice President of Service-Oriented Architecture Software. In that role, Mr. Bauhaus led one of the fastest growing software segments at Sun, managing the acquisition of SeeBeyond Inc., as well as Sun's identity management, infrastructure, and web services software operations. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Java Web Services where he was responsible for Sun's enterprise software business, and Vice President and Founder, Global Dot-Com, which delivered high-end software architectural consulting services. Mr. Bauhaus started his career as an environmental engineer for HP, and holds a bachelor's degree in business management and environmental systems analysis from the University of California at Davis. |

Manoj Leelanivas, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Junos Application Software (JAS) Business Group
Manoj Leelanivas serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Junos Application Software (JAS) business group, focused on the advanced applications that run on Junos, including mobility, content and media, router services, and cloud services innovations. An 11-year Juniper veteran, Mr. Leelanivas previously served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Junos Ready Software (JRS) business group, dedicated to the creation and delivery of an ecosystem of software and applications built on the Junos and Junos Space platforms. Additionally, he was responsible for notable progress in Juniper's Project Falcon mobility initiative. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Edge and Aggregation business unit for the Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), where he led the development and launch of Juniper's groundbreaking MX Series 3D Universal Edge Routers. During his tenure at Juniper Networks, Mr. Leelanivas also served as the Vice President of Product Line Management and Marketing within IPG, responsible for the core, edge and aggregation router product lines, and as Vice President of Engineering in IPG, responsible for Junos development. He also led various engineering, product management, and marketing groups. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Mr. Leelanivas was at Cisco Systems for seven years, where he was involved in various initiatives in routing and voice technologies. Mr. Leelanivas holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. |

R.K. Anand, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Business Unit
R.K. Anand is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Business Unit (DCBU), where he leads the strategy, development, and delivery, of data center innovations including Juniper’s Stratus Project, a core offering of the new network. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President of Foundation Technologies and led the development of critical technology including company-wide silicon efforts, unified network management, and JUNOS Software, the operating system behind Juniper's competitive differentiation. Mr. Anand was one of Juniper's first employees, joining the company in 1996 as an ASIC designer, and subsequently taking on management roles including Vice President of Hardware Engineering for the Infrastructure Products Group (IPG). Between 2004 and 2006, he took time away from Juniper to found Xsigo Systems, a Kleiner-Perkins and Greylock Ventures funded start-up, where he served as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining Juniper, Mr. Anand held engineering and management responsibilities in the microprocessor division at Sun Microsystems. He holds a master of science degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University. |

Kim Perdikou, Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO
Kim Perdikou joined Juniper Networks in August 2000 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO. In this role, she focuses on developing and deepening relationships with service provider customers and partners, as well as driving innovative solutions that deliver the highest impact on Juniper's customers' business models and the networking industry. Prior to this position, Ms. Perdikou was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), where she oversaw a significant expansion of the group's portfolio, including the introduction of several innovative products, such as the multichassis-capable T1600 Core Router, JCS1200 Control System, the full MX Series 3D Universal Edge Routers, and the ongoing development of Juniper's mobile core solutions. Prior to this role, she served as Juniper's Chief Information Officer for five years, driving the company's global information systems strategy. Before joining Juniper Networks, Ms. Perdikou was Chief Information Officer at Women.com, where she built the IT infrastructure and sales operations function. She was also Vice President of Global Networks at Reader's Digest for six years, and held leadership positions at both Knight Ridder and Dun & Bradstreet. Ms. Perdikou holds a bachelor's degree in computing science and operational research from the University of Paisley in Scotland, and two master's degrees: one in education from Jordanhill College in Glasgow, Scotland, and a second in information systems from Pace University in New York. |

Luis Avila-Marco is Juniper's Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. As the company's strategy leader, Avila-Marco helps to shape Juniper's business vision and strategy by working with Juniper executives worldwide. As leader of corporate development, he is responsible for M&A, business development activities, strategic technology company investments, and overseeing the Juniper Innovation Fund investments in groundbreaking companies focused on improving the experience and economics of networking. He joined Juniper from Scientific-Atlanta, a Cisco Systems, Inc. company, where he served in a series of roles in engineering, product management, business development, sales and marketing and strategy, over the course of his 14 year tenure there. Gerri Elliott, Executive Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Gerri Elliott is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances. She joins Juniper Networks from Microsoft, where she was corporate vice president, Worldwide Public Sector organization, leading a team of more than 2000 sales and marketing professionals serving government, education and healthcare customers in more than 100 countries. At Microsoft, Ms. Elliott was also co-head of the company's North American subsidiary where she developed and implemented a global strategy to establish Microsoft's first industry vertical sectors including telecommunication, financial services, public sector, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and media and entertainment. Prior to Microsoft, Ms. Elliott spent 22 years at IBM, where she held several senior executive positions in the U.S. and internationally. |

Steven Rice, Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Steven Rice joined Juniper in 2006 and leads the human resources organization that supports the company's operations worldwide. With more than two decades of senior HR leadership experience, Mr. Rice leads Juniper's people strategy, creating an inspired community of people able, committed, and empowered to achieve amazing success. Previously, he built a 25-year career spanning a range of HR leadership positions with Hewlett-Packard. His most recent position at HP was Vice President of Human Resources, Global Operations, with responsibility for more than 900 HR professionals around the world. At Juniper, Mr. Rice directly oversees all HR functions and programs, including leadership and employee development, workforce planning, and total rewards. He also chairs the Juniper Foundation, the company's primary philanthropic vehicle, which supports children, education, and lifelong learning in the communities where Juniper has a significant employee and customer presence. |

Mitchell Gaynor, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mitchell Gaynor is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Juniper Networks. Mr. Gaynor is responsible for Juniper's legal matters worldwide, as well as all of Juniper's public policy, trade compliance, stock administration, environmental, safety and security functions. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Mr. Gaynor was Vice President and General Counsel of Sybase, Inc., an enterprise and mobility software provider, and was Vice President and General Counsel of Portal Software, Inc., a leader in Internet billing and customer management systems. In private practice, he was a lawyer with the firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and Palo Alto, California.
