- Tuning implementation MOPs and testing plan documentation as required
- Participating in post-implementation meeting to review the results of implementation
- Providing project management input for Juniper service deliverables
- Delivering regular deliverables status updates to the customer’s project team
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide the required technical resource and information necessary for this service
- Identify a point of contact who is authorized to sign off on completed work
