UAC QuickStart
The Juniper Networks UAC Quick Start service provides consultative design, configuration, and deployment services for implementing a UAC pilot solution.
Juniper Networks Responsibilities
- Provide a low-level design, including device configurations and templates, functional description and test plan documents, and detailed diagrams of IP addressing and physical/logical connectivity
- Provide support to execute the pre-defined test plan
- Provide on-site or remote assistance to execute the test plan
- Document the results of the testing, review results with the customer, and fine-tune as required
- Provide remote or on-site support for pilot environment
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide high-level design document
- Provide access to network, security, and desktop teams
- Complete the template of required information and review with the Juniper engineer before the engineer is on-site
- Rack, power, and cable all solution elements
- Provide remote access to solution elements as required
- Develop device specific configurations based on templates as required
