The Configuration Service helps you with configuring your equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner that minimizes disruption to your operations.
Juniper Networks Responsibilities
Configuration Implementation
- Generate device-specific configurations based on low-level design.
- Load or configure Juniper devices and/or applications as defined on low-level design document.
- Verify the configuration has been accepted and connectivity to the NOC exists.
- Provide configuration tuning and change documentation.
- Assist with any device reachability issues.
- Project management input for Juniper service deliverables.
- Provide regular deliverables status updates.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide configuration templates and all required information for configuration.
- Ensure necessary connectivity between all sites.
- Provide remote access to all sites.
- Provide technical resource and information necessary to provide or develop the service deliverables.
- Identify a point of contact.
- Provide any other relevant information.
