Network Implementation Planning
Helps you develop a plan or procedure necessary to satisfy requirements for implementing a design or network change, such as deployment plan, migration plan, and implementation.
Juniper Networks Responsibilities
The Juniper Networks Consultants will:
- Meet with the customer's project team to determine requirements and goals
- Develop a network implementation plan
- Identify a list of the required tasks, along with a timetable
- Identify major project milestones for the customer's deployment team
- Identify roles and responsibilities
- Provide site-readiness requirements
- Provide risk-management implementation dependencies
- Provide network and site maintenance window schedules
- Provide recommended network implementation validation steps
- Provide project management input for Juniper service deliverables
- Provide project team with regular deliverables status updates
Customer Responsibilities
The customer will:
- Provide high-level design and low-level design documents
- Provide the technical resources and information necessary to develop the service deliverables
- Identify a point of contact who will sign off on completed work
