We are a venture capital fund, funded solely by Juniper Networks, focused on the Junos platform, and networking technologies and applications of the future. Our goal is to invest in early- and growth-stage companies to generate strategic benefits and financial returns for Juniper Networks. We plan to invest $50 million in leading companies in our target segments. |
Our philosophy of a single, open approach means that a Juniper solution can make the network work in amazing new ways. We invest in partners that have similar visions. Our investments deepen our relationships with selected partners, help expand the Juniper ecosystem, and demonstrate our commitment to the Junos platform and our partners.
We focus on leaders in our target segments, paying particular attention to technology, intellectual property, and management strength. While we will consider investments at any stage, the majority of our investments are early- and growth-stage venture-backed companies.
Our initial investments vary in size, and we participate in follow-on rounds as appropriate. We co-invest with other leading funds and strategic investors, and also act as lead investor for some of our investments.
