J-Web
J-Web is a Web-based graphical user interface (GUI) that provides easy-to-use tools to administer and manage all Juniper network devices that run on Junos.
Features and Benefits
The J-Web network management application offers seamless GUI access to the features and functions of Junos software. The J-Web network management application's simplicity allows nontechnical users to quickly and easily commission a Juniper Networks router or switch and bring it online.
In addition, the J-Web network management application:
- Works within popular browsers that users are already familiar with, including Firefox and Internet Explorer.
- Can be quickly integrated into existing network management application or operational support system applications, as well as third-party applications like IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, IBM Tivoli, and HP OpenView.
- Provides quick configuration and quality of service wizards that simplify network router and switch management and enable real-time network management service changes and upgrades.
- Is bundled with Junos software on all J Series routers, and is available as an optional package for M Series and T Series routers.
