Program Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is valid from Aug 1, 2011 until March 31, 2012.

• This promotion is independent from and cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.

• All deals under this promotion will be submitted to the Juniper Deals Desk for approval. Juniper Deals Desk and the EX PLM team reserve the right to review and decline deals if they are not in the best interest of Juniper Networks.

• Program may not be combined or stacked with any other promotion, discount or other special pricing offer including, but not limited to, discounts for J-Partner Reseller Program, education discounts, Not For Resale (NFR), trade in credits, etc.

• All purchases are final.

• The minimum discounts allowed under this promotion are based on Juniper Networks’ Global List Price which is based on FCA (Manufacturer’s premises or Juniper-designated location) (INCOTERMS 2000).

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. J-Partner or End-user shall pay for all value-added, sales, use, property, ad valorem and similar taxes; all customs duties, import fees, or similar charges; stamp duties, license fees, and similar costs; and all other mandatory payments to government agencies of whatever kind imposed with respect to products or services provided under this program. In particular in the case of education and professional services credits, Juniper Networks shall be entitled to add value-added taxes calculated at the full value of the relevant service, even though it is intended that the J- Partner or intends to pay Juniper Networks by use of a service credit.

• Juniper reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.

• Juniper Networks may, at its sole discretion, disqualify claims that do not comply with the guidelines established in this promotion.

• Program is void where prohibited by law or company policy. Juniper Networks will not be held liable if the Promotion issued is in violation of specific company policies or local country laws.

Additional Terms & Conditions for migrating to EX8200 chassis

• End Users who are migrating their Cisco Catalyst 6500 (or Equivalent) equipment are eligible for this promotion. In the event of a dispute over End User eligibility for this promotion, the judgment of Juniper Networks shall prevail.

• It is the End Users responsibility to show that it is replacing Cisco Catalyst 6500 (or Equivalent) products with Juniper switching products. Juniper reserve the right to audit the End User’s network or see other assurances regarding the End User’s compliance with this provision and may request evidence of the serial number of the Cisco Catalyst 6500 (or Equivalent) being replaced.

• Chassis provided at no charge with the bundle have no cash value and cannot be exchanged as credit towards any other Juniper Networks’ equipment, software or services

• Professional services credits do not include any travel and lodging costs that may be required by a professional services consultant. Those costs will be borne by the End User.

• In relation to Juniper Networks Remote Professional Validation Services and Online training (SKU PRO-SSES-1) – as part of this program offer, Catalyst 6500 (or Equivalent) trade-in customers only have access to ‘no-cost’ online training modules.

• The Professional Services PRO-SSES-1 offer at no charge only applies to any EX8208/EX8216 units purchased as part of this Catalyst (or Equivalent) Replacement Program.

• Juniper Networks reserves the right to audit or request additional information from J-Partner to ensure that J-Partner is complying with the terms and conditions of the Catalyst 6500 Replacement Program.

Professional Services and Training Credits Terms & Conditions

• The education or remote professional validation services credit claim by End-users for each EX8208-BASE-AC or EX8216-BASE-AC bundle purchased cannot exceed a maximum of 5 quantities per opportunity.

• Credits are non-transferrable and can only be used for the benefit of the specified End User.

• Credits are not to be used to offset outstanding amounts due for training or professional services.

• Credits have no cash value.

• To redeem professional services credit, the customer must contact a registered Juniper Networks J-Partner who will work with a Juniper Networks Partner Account Manager and Juniper Networks service business manager to provide a Services Description for the services requested. Purchase orders to Juniper Networks must be for the full value of the relevant service plus any relevant taxes and duties less 100% discount.

• Credits may only be used by a J-Partner to pay Juniper Networks for Juniper Networks professional services (excluding J-Care Technical Services) as approved by Juniper Networks. Juniper Networks reserves the right to refuse to allow the use of credits when a customer purchases professional services that are not approved by Juniper Networks.

2) Migrate from your legacy chassis-base switching platform now and receive a EX8200 Chassis at no charge*. In addition, Juniper will provide Professional Migration Services at no charge* to provide cost-efficient expert configuration and migration support that will remove risks and make your switching deployment a conspicuous success. End-user will also receive prevailing special discount for all Line Cards, SREs, PSUs, Optics, and additional upgrades to complete the EX8200 base configuration as well.

*Promotion valid only with purchase of at least three or more of any of the qualifying line cards in the program.
